Skylights and roof vents get replaced and flashed properly, either on their own or as part of a new roof. Tom was replacing skylights for customers back in 2010.

Moss and roof cleaning
Portland roofs grow moss. The crew cleans and treats the roof, clears the gutters, takes down old satellite dishes and repairs shingles in the same visit.
