I build a free demo
I make a real, working homepage for your business and send you the link, so you can try it on your own phone before you spend anything.
We fix what’s off
Tell me what you don’t like, whether it’s the colors, the photos or the wording. I change it, and once it feels right I build the rest of the site.
It goes live
I put the site on your domain, test the forms, set up the basics for Google and hand you the logins. The site is yours.
Launch prices
These are my launch prices for small businesses. Every site comes with everything in the list on the right, so there are no add-on fees. If you need something unusual, you get one quoted price before I start.
Small business website
$250Up to 5 pages: home, services or menu, about, photos and contact. For a lot of small businesses that’s all the website they need.
Bigger website
$500Up to 15 pages, plus a dashboard where you change your menu, events and hours yourself.
Store, bookings or memberships
from $1,000Sites that sell online, take bookings or run memberships. You get one number before I start.
Hosting and upkeep
$25 a monthHosting, backups, updates and small edits like new hours or prices. Cancel any time.
Fixing a site you already have
$150Finding what’s broken on your current website and fixing it. Bigger problems get a quote first.

For a lot of local businesses, the Google Maps listing is the first thing people see, before they ever click through to the website. Hours, photos, reviews and directions all live there.
I set up and manage Google Business Profiles for a nightlife company with locations across the US, and I’ll do the same for yours: get it verified, fill it out properly and point it at your site. It comes with every website. If the listing is all you need help with, just ask.

What if I don’t like the demo?
Then you don’t pay for it. That’s the reason I build it first.
Do I need photos and copy ready?
No. Phone photos usually work fine, and I can write the words from your notes or an old flyer.
I don’t know who has my domain login.
That’s really common. I’ll help you track it down and get it into your name.
Can I update the site myself?
Yes. The bigger website comes with a dashboard for the things you change often, like your menu, events and hours. On any site, you can also send changes to me on the upkeep plan.
How long does it take?
Simple sites can go up quickly once I have what I need. If you have a date in mind, tell me and I’ll say up front whether it’s realistic.
Do you work outside Portland?
Yes. Most of my clients are around Portland, but I work with small businesses all over Oregon, Washington, Northern California and beyond, and everything can happen over email. For a bigger company, get in touch and I’ll quote your project.
