A family sub shop
Sub Factory is Mike’s shop, and he’s usually the one behind the counter. His family works the line with him.
We started out as a small sandwich shop at 122nd and Foster. Some of our customers have followed us around town ever since, and a few have been coming in for 15 years or more.
What hasn’t changed
The meat and cheese still get sliced when you order. Every sub still comes with provolone, lettuce, tomato, onion, wine vinegar and oil, and they’re still numbered 1 to 27. Along the way the menu picked up teriyaki bentos and breakfast.
We’re open Monday to Friday from 9:30 to 5, at Foster and 101st. If you call ahead, your order will be ready when you get here.
