How every sub gets built

It’s printed right on our menu. Every sub comes like this unless you tell us different.

  1. A foot-long sub roll, loaded01

    The roll

A soft foot-long sub roll. Get a half if a whole foot is too much.

  2. Slicing meat at the deli slicer behind the counter02

    Sliced to order

The meat and cheese go through the slicer when you order.

  3. Lettuce, tomato and onion on an open sub03

    Provolone and veggies

Provolone, lettuce, tomato and onion go on every sub.

  4. Bottles lined up at the kitchen window04

    Vinegar and oil

    Then wine vinegar and oil.

  5. A sub topped with a pepperoncini05

    Your call

Mayo, mustard, horseradish or Dijon. Olives and pepperoncini if you want them.

  6. A sub wrapped in Super-Sandwich paper06

    Wrapped

Wrapped in sub paper and handed over the counter, usually within five minutes.

The heavy-duty subs

No. 15, 16 and 18 are the big ones, and each has a nickname on the menu. The gauge counts the meats.
