The menu
prices, out loud
Most web designers make you book a call before they’ll tell you what a website costs.
Here’s all of mine. Three sizes, one monthly plan, and no add-on fees.
Every new site starts with a free working demo, so you get to see what I’m thinking before you spend anything.
Mains
Whatever you order, your creativity is the limit. The price sets the size of the site, not the size of the idea.

The One-Pager
$250One long, good-looking page with everything somebody needs to understand the business and get in touch.
For a lot of small businesses, that’s the whole job.
Good for food carts, barbers, contractors, bands, solo businesses, and anyone who just needs one really good place to send people.
Seen in the wild
What’s in it
- One scrolling page with as many sections as it needs
- Hours, address, phone, map and contact information
- Contact form, if you need one
- Launched on your own domain

The Full Site
$500A whole website for businesses with more going on.
Services, menus, locations, photos, FAQs, contact pages, whatever actually belongs on the site.
Good for restaurants, taverns, clinics, shops, trades and businesses with more than one thing to explain.
Seen in the wild
What’s in it
- Everything in the One-Pager
- As many pages as the business actually needs
- Menus, price lists, galleries and service sections
- A look built around your business
- Need another page later? Just ask.

The Works
from $1,000A website that needs to do more than sit there looking pretty.
Sell products. Take bookings. Manage members. Run an event calendar. Give you an owner dashboard. Connect pieces that normally don’t talk to each other.
If you can describe it, I can build it. I give you one number before I start, and that’s the number.
Seen in the wild
What’s in it
- Everything in the Full Site
- The store, memberships, bookings, dashboard or custom thing your business needs
- The setup behind it
- Built so the day-to-day doesn’t require calling me
- A walkthrough before I hand it over
Comes with every order
There’s no sides menu. If your site needs it, it’s in the price.
- As much creativity as you can throw at me, whatever you order
- A working demo before you pay
- Help with the words. Send me notes and I’ll write it.
- Logo cleanup, if yours is a blurry JPEG from 2014
- Your Google Business Profile tidied up and pointed at the new site
- Your domain and email set up in your name
- Moving you off Wix, Squarespace or GoDaddy, if that’s where you are
- Built properly for phones
- The basic page titles and setup search engines need
- A contact form that actually reaches you
- You own all of it
Things like the domain name itself, about $15 a year, get paid straight to whoever sells them. I don’t mark anything up.
Keep it running
$25/moWhat you get
- Hosting, SSL and backups
- The boring WordPress maintenance
- Small edits like hours, prices, photos and holiday notices
- A real person to email when something looks wrong
- Me, specifically
The fine print, in regular print
- Cancel anytime. No contract.
- You keep the site, domain, words and files.
- Don’t want the plan? Host the site somewhere else. It’s yours.
Fix what’s broken
$50Already have a website and something is misbehaving?
Send it to me. Most fixes are $50. If it turns out to be a bigger mess, I’ll tell you the number before I start taking things apart.
Things that qualify
- “My domain expired and nobody knows the login.”
- “The contact form has apparently been emailing the void.”
- “My browser says NOT SECURE.”
- “It looks fine on my laptop and completely deranged on my phone.”
- “It takes forever to load.”
- “My business name barely shows up in Google.”
- “The person who built it disappeared.”
- “I tried changing one thing and now three other things are broken.”
How paying works
- The demo is free. I build a working homepage before you pay anything.
- Like it? Half to start. That’s when I finish the rest of the site.
- The other half at launch. Once it’s ready to go live on your domain.
- Upkeep is optional. If you want the $25 plan, it starts the month after launch.
Questions people ask at the window
Why is it this cheap?
Cascadia is one person with very little overhead. I already spend my days building websites, and I don’t need to turn a neighborhood business into a five-figure project to make the math work.
Are there extra fees?
No. There’s no sides menu and no surprise invoice. If your site needs it, it’s in the price. If something is genuinely huge, I’ll tell you the number before I start, not after.
What’s the catch?
There isn’t a lease hiding under the website. You own the domain, your content and the finished site. If you stop working with me, it still belongs to you.
What if I hate the demo?
Then you owe me nothing. That’s why I make the thing first instead of asking you to imagine it from a proposal.
How long does it take?
A straightforward One-Pager is usually around a week once I have what I need. Full sites are usually a couple of weeks. Complicated sites take longer. If you have a date that matters, tell me at the start.
Do I need to know anything about websites?
No. You know the business. That’s the useful part.
What do I need before we start?
Barely anything. A business name and an idea of what you need is enough for me to start asking the right questions.
Can you fix the site I already have?
Usually. I work with WordPress, WooCommerce, Elementor, Squarespace, Wix and custom sites. Send me the link and tell me what’s wrong.
Do you only work in Portland?
No. Portland is home and the Pacific Northwest is who I built this for, but there’s no force field at the Oregon border.
Can I update the site myself?
Absolutely. Tell me what you want to change regularly and I’ll build around that. If you’d rather never log into it, that’s what the $25 plan is for.
Am I stuck with you afterward?
No. That’s important to me. I’ll make sure you have the logins and ownership you need if somebody else takes over later.
